Award Nominations

The Dr. Kathleen Gandy IMPACT Foundation, Inc. was created to honor the spirit and incredible drive of CCBC professor Dr. Kathleen Gandy. Kathleen worked tirelessly to guide youth through community sports and Scout activities, combat the violence of human trafficking, and support small business entrepreneurship.  She was also a strong advocate for service learning, global education, social activism, and veterans’ services.

Each year, the Dr. Kathleen Gandy IMPACT Foundation, Inc. invites nominations for two awards that align with Kathleen’s passions.  We are currently soliciting nominations for each award listed below.  Awards will be presented at the annual Awards Dinner and Silent Auction, to be held this year on Friday, October 14, 2016, 7 to 10 p.m. at the Rolling Road Golf Club.

You may submit a nomination for one or both of the award categories.  Please download the form and indicate the name of the nominee and describe in writing how your nominee meets the criteria for each award.  The deadline for receiving nominations is September 15, 2016.
